Who hasn't played this one? It's only one of the best games EVER! Cloud, Tifa, Sephiroth-it's more than good, IT'S GRRRRREAT!!! Seriously, though, it is truly a masterpiece. It easily ranks amongst others like IV and VI. It was also the first 3-D Final Fantasy.
On a side note, those of you who saw Advent Children and were either left confused or wanted to know the rest of the story, this is your ticket right here.

Final Fantasy 7... Who hasn't heard of it?
Obviously, it's the first 3-dimensional game in the series, and the first Square-Enix (then Squaresoft) released originally on a Playstation console.
It has been called many things.
Some people call it the game that launched the RPG genre here in the U.S., or at least on the console scene.
Others still deem it one of the best games ever made, even with it's old age (it ages fantastically by the way. It's still as much a blast now as back then, even when compared to others of its ilk)
And let's face it. EVERYONE who's played it wants to see it become re-released on the PS3 ever since Square-Enix gave us that teasing video demo of the opening cinematic.
